Entry Terms and Conditions

1. This ‘Sleepyhead Bonus Luxury Sheet Set’ promotion is offered by New Zealand Comfort Group Limited (the promoter). By entering the prize draw, you acknowledge you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years plus.
3. This ‘Sleepyhead Bonus Luxury Sheet Set’ promotion applies to valid purchases made within the promotional period, applying to the Sleepyhead Sanctuary, Sleepyhead Sanctuary After Dark, Sleepyhead Chiropractic HD, Sleepyhead Swisstek & Mezzo by Sleepyhead bed ranges.
4. To validly enter the ‘Sleepyhead Bonus Luxury Sheet Set’ draw, you must complete the promotion entry form, found on Sleepyhead’s website, www.sleepyhead.co.nz. Retail proof of purchase receipts need to be uploaded to the online entry form. Proof of purchase receipts need to be clear and legible for New Zealand Comfort Group Limited to confirm proof of purchase.
5. For beds purchased through Farmers retail store, both sales order confirmation and store receipts need to be attached to the entry for confirmation of purchase.
6. All completed entries will receive an email of your entry to confirm your entry has been received and will be checked by New Zealand Comfort Group Limited within 15 business days of receipt. Once proof of purchase is confirmed to be correct, a confirmation email will be sent advising of successful entry and a Sleepyhead Tencel & Cotton sheet set will be dispatched within 30 days.
7. The promotion period is from 4^th April 2019 to 1^st July 2019 5pm NZT. Your entry must be submitted by 12^th July 2019 5pm NZT. 

Prize Terms and Conditions

8. Each valid entry receives a luxury Sleepyhead Tencel & Cotton sheet set in the closest size match to their mattress or bed purchase – the sheet set sizes available are Short Single, Long Single King Single, Double, Queen, King, Super King or California King).
9. Each sheet set is made up of a fitted sheet, flat sheet and two pillow cases (or one pillow case for Short Single, Long Single or King Single sizes).
10. The sheet set is not transferable and is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other form of payment.
11. Successful entrants will be notified by email, and will receive their sheet set by courier within 30 days of their entry being received.
12. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in sheet set value. In the event that a sheet set is unavailable the promoter reserves the right to substitute a different gift item of equal or greater value.

13. The promotion is not open to employees and immediate families of the promoter, its associated companies, retail stockists, suppliers, agencies and printers involved with this promotion. 
14. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter excludes any liability it may have arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this competition. No responsibility is taken for lost, misdirected or incomplete entries.
16. The promoter (New Zealand Comfort Group Ltd) reserves the right to alter the prize details or terms and conditions or cancel this promotion at any stage including after entries have been received.
