Dr Libby encourages her patients to really maximize what she calls those ahhh moments. “We demand so much of our bodies and our brains, and everyone is wound-up and rushing around, it’s vital for our mental and physical health to be able to switch off and truly relax. 

Having a bed that gives us that feeling of being pampered every-time you climb into it means we can treat ourselves to an ‘ahh moment’ every night…and that relaxed, switched off mind state lets those vital rest and repair processes of our nervous system do their work.
